Tuscan Style Private Villa | Shuvelan, Azerbaijan

Tuscan Villa Baku

Tuscan Villa: 2000 m² of Interior and Landscape — Tuscan elegance meets Azerbaijani materials, family heirlooms, and local art.

This villa project consists of 2000 m² of interior space and extensive landscaped grounds; all design and execution stages were fully carried out by our team. The architectural structure, interior planning, and landscape solutions were developed with a holistic approach.

Inspired by the elegant and rustic lines of the Italian Tuscan style, the design creates a unique cohesion by harmonizing with traditional Azerbaijani materials. The interior also incorporates the client’s personal furniture with sentimental value, curated loose pieces, and works by local artists, adding a deep personal dimension to the project.

About the Tuscan Villa

Architectural Identity

Reflecting the essence of Italian Tuscan villa architecture in its purest form. Stone textures, arched passages, and warm tones preserve the traditional identity while ensuring modern comfort.

A Villa in Harmony with Nature

Walkways and landscape solutions are crafted entirely in the Tuscan spirit. Courtyards, garden areas, and natural textures are adapted to the living spaces, creating a perfect harmony with nature.

Holistic Design Approach

Service and entry routes are planned separately to ensure that guest and staff paths never intersect. Service zones, hidden behind Tuscan-style corridors, preserve both functionality and elegance. The result is a holistic design that authentically embodies the Tuscan lifestyle.

Efficient Use of Space

In this Villa project, compact dimensions were planned with maximum efficiency, transforming every corner into a functional living zone. The design avoids unnecessary clutter, ensuring practicality and comfort.

Balance of Value and Elegance

Cost-effective materials and budget-friendly choices are combined with elegant design elements to create a space that is both accessible and visually appealing. The result is a home that perfectly balances cost and elegance.

Tone and Material Harmony

Using consistent colors and material textures throughout the house has visually expanded the space. Subtle color transitions on ceilings and wall finishes create a sense of harmony and cohesion.
