This 500 m² apartment design project in Baku is an aesthetic space where personalized zones come together in a harmonious and refined style—timeless in its elegance.
– Accent Wall: A wall finished with recessed shelving and a backlit onyx panel adds visual depth to the hall.
– Lighting: A warm light temperature makes the textures of accessories more legible, while elegant wall sconces bring symmetry to the space.
– Flooring: The contrast between the light marble flooring and the dark parquet strip adds a distinct sense of dynamism to the corridor design and intuitively guides the direction of movement.

Sense of Spaciousness: A large, soft-textured sectional in light tones makes the room feel visually larger.
Lighting Scenario: A central pendant chandelier and wall sconces create a warm ambiance in the evening. LED lines hidden between the coffered ceiling panels distribute the overall lighting evenly, in line with modern interior design trends.
The focal point of the space is the TV area, featuring a dark wood panel and illuminated niches that add depth through contrast. Glass-detailed doors, metal accents, and a gallery wall of photographs complete the home’s overall design narrative. The dining area arranged around a round table is ideal for long, relaxed conversations.

Noble Green: Deep green cabinet fronts create a perfect contrast with natural marble surfaces featuring white veining.
Premium Details: Brass accents and glass display cabinets bring a classic yet contemporary feel to the kitchen, while the parquet flooring adds warmth to the space.
The kitchen island functions both as a work surface and a breakfast zone. Globe-shaped designer pendants and concealed LED lighting create a distinctive evening ambiance. A generous countertop, a sink positioned by the window, and hidden storage systems ensure every centimeter of the kitchen cabinetry is used efficiently.

Professional “Chef” Zone: The cooking area on the left is finished entirely in stainless steel. This professional approach makes frying and heavy cooking processes easier, while the powerful ventilation system helps maintain hygiene. Thanks to sliding glass doors, the workflow remains visually monitored, yet the calm of the home’s overall design is not disturbed.
Pantry and Storage: The pantry section on the right is a true exercise in organization. Glass-door refrigerators, open wooden shelves, and basket systems allow each product to be stored by category. With integrated shelf lighting, finding what you need takes only seconds.

The atmosphere is built around soothing greige tones and natural wood textures. Wall panels and the vertical lines on the headboard add a quiet yet perceptible rhythm to the space. Natural light filtering through the window is regulated with heavy drapes, preserving the room’s cozy ambiance.
Italian furniture elements used in the interior—a spacious bed and an elegant bench—provide both visual appeal and comfort. Opposite the bed, the TV panel and illuminated glass display units create a tidy storage area for everyday items. A dedicated vanity table for her adds extra functionality and refinement to this bedroom design.

Aesthetics and Atmosphere: The interior is built around pastel gray-pink tones and delicate floral motifs set within the wall panels. A soft upholstered headboard and a photo gallery arranged along the wall add individuality to the room, reflecting the owner’s character and taste. The oak parquet laid in a herringbone pattern brings warmth and a classic touch.
Functional Solutions: The room’s strongest feature is its custom-built furniture system. A spacious wardrobe, open shelving, and a desk are combined into a single unified block. This approach creates ample space for both studying and hobbies, while illuminated niches are ideal for displaying favorite items. Thick curtains by the window and a layered lighting system provide the right conditions for healthy sleep or productive work at any hour of the day.

The main feature that catches the eye upon entering is the large decorative wall panel with a flamingo motif. This element adds a cheerful and dynamic spirit to the space. The soft gray-pink color palette, in turn, calms the overall atmosphere and is easy on the eyes. Two beds placed side by side, with upholstered headboards and high-quality textiles, create a private and comfortable sleeping zone for each child.
One of the most important aspects of the apartment design here is proper zoning. A wide two-person desk positioned by the window allows both children to study without distraction. A large wardrobe system and open shelving are dewithsigned to store toys, books, and clothing neatly. In the other corner, soft armchairs and a TV area function as a small lounge where the children can watch movies and unwind.

Fairy-tale forest and animal illustrations decorating the walls create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Eye-friendly earth tones (gray, beige, brown) allow children to play for long periods without distraction. Soft, rounded armchairs and poufs placed in front of the TV enhance safety and make animation time more comfortable.
In this room, the interior design also supports children’s independence. Open shelves positioned at floor level let them take and put away toys and books on their own. A large built-in storage system along the wall brings visual calm: closed sections hide clutter, while illuminated niches display special décor items. The herringbone parquet flooring provides a warm base so children don’t feel cold while playing, and the functional curtain system on the windows helps manage daylight ideally.

A wall-length library system and a spacious desk are combined into a single, cohesive composition. Integrated LED lighting within the shelves highlights the books and adds visual depth. The desk placement is calculated to minimize screen glare, while concealed cable channels keep the surface consistently neat. For short breaks during work, a dedicated coffee corner and decorative niches finished with onyx stone are included.
Another part of the study is dedicated to creativity. In a bright corner by the window, space is set aside for an easel and art supplies, allowing the owner to work comfortably in natural daylight. In the relaxation zone, a large screen and a comfortable sofa create an ideal spot for watching films or reviewing visual projects.

The washing machine and dryer are placed under the marble countertop at an ergonomic height. The generous worktop surface is ideal for folding and sorting laundry. An integrated hanging rail between the cabinets allows ironed shirts to be hung without wrinkling.
Open shelves include dedicated sections for detergents and baskets, helping prevent visual clutter. A wall-mounted fold-down ironing board and concealed power outlets make efficient use of space. Moisture-resistant materials and non-slip flooring ensure the durability and safety of this technical zone.
