Situated in the Bilgah area of Baku, far from the city noise, this villa is a project designed for our client’s family to spend weekends and holidays embracing a simple lifestyle. Encompassing a 700 m² indoor area, the design highlights the natural environment and offers functionality to be enjoyed throughout every season.
The project has been developed in harmony with Baku’s geographical conditions. Both the architecture and the open landscape areas were created by our team, resulting in a serene, natural, and comfortable living environment.
Modern Architecture and Space Planning – Bilgah Villa Baku
Located in Bilgah, Silent Private House is a 700 m² villa project designed for family retreats away from the city. With a layout that opens up to nature, balanced lighting, and a simple material palette, it sets a timeless example for villa homes. During the sketch design phase, the project was shaped according to sun angles and wind directions, and subsequently refined through detailed plan, facade, and landscape solutions. When working on house projects, the Interiome Project team combines functionality, comfort, and aesthetic values: an open-plan living zone, a seamless connection between the porch and the yard, and interiors harmonious with natural materials. The result is a low-maintenance, energy-efficient villa project suitable for use throughout all four seasons.
