Modern Minimal Apartment – Baku Azerbaijan

3-Room Apartment Project

A bright 80 m² apartment redesigned with a modern minimal approach, maximizing light, function, and aesthetic unity.

Modern Minimal Apartment is located in one of the busiest parts of the city, consisting of 80 m² redesigned with a modern, minimal approach. Initially, the layout required creating one living room and two bedrooms within the limited space, but one of the bedrooms was closed off and dark.

Through innovative design solutions, we revised the layout so that all areas could benefit from natural light, creating a bright, functional, and harmonious interior design. The result was an apartment suitable for renting, selling, or for a small, minimal family to live in comfortably. By using consistent color tones and materials throughout, we ensured both aesthetic unity and cost-effectiveness.

Minimal Modern Apartment — Project Description

Located in the city center, this 3-room apartment project blends minimal style with everyday functionality. Light-toned walls, herringbone parquet, and selected terracotta accents (ceiling band and skirting) add warmth to the interior. In the living room, a TV console and a dotted, textured wall panel create a clean backdrop; an L-shaped sofa, a two-tier marble-top coffee table, and a built-in shelf–niche system ensure daily comfort. A marble dining table with olive-green chairs and sculptural pendant lights forms the visual centerpiece, while a glass display cabinet functions as a bar area.

In the bedroom, a continuous timber headboard and a calm composition are preserved; perforated, arch-front wardrobes provide both a decorative touch and tidy storage. Across the home, a unified material palette—soft greys, natural wood, and terracotta accents—together with linear lighting visually expands the space.
